Resort Manager / Resort Consultant

The resort manager/consultant will work as part of the FCP management team; their efforts will help establish FCP as a functioning fitness resort and allow FCP to enter the 90 day soft launch period.
Activities include:
Developing staffing schedules and detailing their responsibilities
Overseeing the main areas of the resort (housekeeping, recreation hall & café, training hall, etc.)
All other tasks related to Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM).
The ideal candidate has a degree in HRM and/or relevant experience running remote resorts in the Philippines.
Responsibilities:
Acting as head of staff, overseeing all major HRM functions, including:
Staffing and scheduling
The customer experience from beginning to end and post-visit
Housekeeping, kitchen, security, and grounds management
Coordination with the head of training regarding the customer training experience
Concierge services that facilitate eco-tourism adventures
Additional Notes:
As Resort Manager, you will have the opportunity to grow into a larger role over time, possibly even earning an equity position. Your performance will be tied directly to a combination of customer satisfaction and recognized revenue. In addition to participating fully in the profit sharing program, you will have bonuses tied directly to performance metrics determined on a quarterly basis.
As Resort Consultant, you will act as a part-time, temporary resort management consultant for the FCP management team. You will help guide us in the process of fostering the resort, and assist us for the first 90 days of the soft launch.
