Yoga & Meditation
Practicing meditation while surrounded by nature and its calming quality promotes a healthy mental disposition that can help you with focusing on your training sessions and fitness milestones. Depending on your training level, our yoga and meditation classes are highly customizable to fit your needs. As part of our holistic fitness program, morning yoga and meditation classes are offered so you can start the day off with a routine targeting flexibility, mobility and strength conditioning. These initial sessions will help build your foundation throughout your training, especially in harnessing maximum energy and momentum.
Muay Thai
Learning Muay Thai begins with perfecting your stance and movement, that’s why our instructors are ready to teach you the proper techniques needed to learn and master this sport. Athletes of all levels are welcome in our classes and will be professionally guided so you can develop the right skills for attack, defense, and counter. If you want to try your hand at this all-rounded combat art or to further your martial art abilities, this is definitely for you!
Running / Warm-Up
Loosen up those muscles and get your mind and body ready for an exciting training day through our guided warm-up exercises. Join the FCP community in our daily cardio routine to begin in high spirits and get loads of energy flowing. As a bonus, you can even experience Bacungan’s wonderful sights and sounds while you do your morning run around the camp!
Western Boxing
As the center of Western Boxing in South East Asia and a World Boxing Council (WBC) founder, the Philippines is the best training ground for honing your skills in the ring. The country has produced some of the greatest world champions such as Manny Pacquiao, Nonito Donaire, and Donnie Nietes among others, so you can count on our Filipino coaches' caliber and excellence. Our Western Boxing classes will help you develop your footwork, punching mechanics, head movement, and attack rhythm like a pro.
Functional Training
With the goal of improving your quality of life and preventing injuries, functional training is a set of exercises that mostly uses the entire body and targets developing core strength and stability. Attending our functional training class will help you establish beginner routines, learn fundamental exercises, and condition your mind and body to reach and maintain a more advanced level of strength.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
The key to this modern martial art is mastering technique over strength. That’s why we encourage you to join our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes no matter your age, size, skill level, or gender. Our dedicated and excellent instructors are ready to train you, and you can also practice and improve your skills with other athletes joining the session. If you’re looking to learn self-defense, as well as improve your body’s strength, balance, endurance, and mobility, you’re welcome at our BJJ training class!

Free Time
If you prefer to connect with nature during your free time, the surrounding beaches, coves, and mountain trails are waiting for your exploration! You may also get to know Palawan’s wildlife as Bacungan is home to a myriad of bird species, the pawikan, and other fascinating marine life. If you want to spend your free time at FCP, feel free to hit the gym or lounge in our recreation hall where you can have some entertainment and relaxation playing table and board games, video games, or karaoke with your family and friends.
