Head Chef / Chef Consultant

The head chef will coordinate with the FCP management team and nutritionist to deliver an excellent culinary experience for our customers.
Said chef will:
Manage the kitchen and kitchen staff
Develop an a la carte menu
Work with the nutritionist on different meal plans
Gather ongoing feedback from customers and staff to make the restaurant and culinary experience better over time.
Responsibilities:
Acting as head of kitchen staff, overseeing all of the restaurant experience at FCP, including:
Staffing and scheduling
The customer culinary experience
Developing a high quality, international menu with healthy, fitness-oriented food
Developing specialized meal plans for certain demographics
Helping with the initial layout and design of the kitchen and it’s equipment
Additional Notes:
While located on a remote island, FCP provides a unique opportunity for an aspiring head chef. The owners have experienced fine dining at world class venues such as White Rabbit (Moscow), Coi (San Francisco), Masa (NYC), and many others. The FCP owners wish to provide a culinary experience to our customers that far exceeds that of the experience in most “fitness” or “fight camps”. We are willing to invest towards those ends. This means that, for the right person, this is an opportunity to unlock your creativity, be awarded for thinking out of the box, and to use our unique constraints (i.e. fitness-oriented nutritious whole meals) to hone your dishes.
